Rental bikes are comfortable, safe, reliable.
The road bicycles are of the highest range, such as "Pinarello", "Trek" or "Specialized", with  carbon frame, for a pleasant and easy ride, provided in the size for your seat. Spd, shimano or look quick connection by the customer.

accomodation
The affiliated hotels are welcoming and comfortable, 4 stars with services dedicated to the cyclist.
Rooms are large with wifi and the restaurant offers good food.

clothes & weather
Technical running clothing in a mountain environment must be warm, breathable and comfortable, with a waterproof layer of protection in tow.

General informations
It is possible to book the "long - 12/20 September" or short "15/20 September" holiday. The holiday starts on Saturday or Tuesday when the minimum number is reached and ends on the following Sunday. The minimum booking number is 2 participants (double room). Travel services (during experiences) are the same for both choices. To book the holiday it is necessary to pay the full amount within 30 days of departure. The holiday begins with meeting at the airport (Treviso-TSF ​​or Venice-VCE) on the first day and ends on the last day with transfer to the airport.
The guest must provide his height, saddle-pedal length (leg) for the size of the bicycle. You can mount your own looks or spd.

Booking
The reservation is confirmed with the payment of the total price, which must be received within the 30th day from the departure of the event. 6% for online booking costs will be applied to the total price.

Travel contract
With the booking confirmation, the travel contract will be sent to you, which must correspond to your choice of accommodation and services, for the total amount agreed. With this you will be given all the hotel references, telephone numbers of the members of the organization who will follow you on your holiday and anything else requested and agreed upon.
You will also be given a copy of travel insurance and a "fun experience travel agency" guarantee.

Cancellation policy
Until 12.00 (Italian time) on the 30th day before the departure of the holiday, it can be canceled without any penalty and the amount will be refunded in full minus the bank transfer costs.
From 12.00 (Italian time) on the 30th day to 12.00 (Italian time) on the 10th day before the departure of the holiday in case of cancellation or modification of the travel contract, a penalty of 50% of the price will be applied and the remaining amount is returned, less bank transfer fees.
From 12.00 (Italian time) on the 10th day in case of cancellation the penalty is 100%.
